The service
PixelKit provides free, browser-based image utilities. The tools execute on your own device. We provide the code; we do not process, store or transmit your files.
Your responsibilities
- You must own the rights to the images you process, or have permission to process them.
- You must not use the site to process unlawful material.
- You must not attempt to disrupt the site or the experience of other users.
No warranty
The tools are provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. Image processing is lossy by nature and software has bugs. Always keep your original files. We are not liable for lost, corrupted or degraded images, or for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site.
Availability
We make no guarantee that the site will be available, complete or free of errors, and we may change or withdraw any tool at any time.
Intellectual property
The site's design, text and code belong to PixelKit. Your images remain entirely yours — we never acquire any rights in them, since we never receive them.
Advertising
The site displays third-party advertisements. We do not endorse advertised products and are not responsible for the content of external sites.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
